Track Support
Help with your workout timer, custom intervals and personal cues.
Get started
Open Train and choose a starter workout, or use Quick intervals to set work, recovery and rounds. Check the total time before starting. The workout screen shows the current phase, countdown, next exercise and progress. Use Pause, Skip or End as needed.
Build your own workout
Open Library, create a workout or open a saved one, and use Add to timeline for preparation, work, recovery, cooldown or a repeat group. Each round follows the steps in its group. Use Edit to reorder items and Save to keep changes. Cancel discards the current draft.
Hear workout cues
Open Settings to preview and adjust default cues. Saved workouts retain their own cue settings, which you can change in the workout editor. Check your device volume and selected audio output. Background cues use audio playback; notification fallback depends on permission and Focus settings. Background cues mix with music. Music ducking during speech applies while Track is in the foreground.
Calls and Bluetooth changes
Calls or loss of your audio output may pause the workout. Return to Track and choose Resume when you are ready. Closing or force-quitting the app stops its audio; reopen Track to review and resume the saved session. Track does not replay a backlog of missed cues.
Save to Apple Health
In Settings, enable Save workouts to Health and allow Track to write workouts. Only completed sessions are eligible. Ended-early sessions remain in local Progress. Track saves actual active duration, so paused and skipped time is not counted as exercise. If a save fails, use the session’s retry control in Progress. Check Track’s access in the Health app if permission was denied.
Privacy and your data
Workouts, settings and history are kept locally. Track has no account or developer cloud sync. Read the Track privacy policy for details about local storage, device backups and optional Apple Health saving. Deleting Track removes local app data, so avoid reinstalling as a troubleshooting step unless you accept that loss.
Contact support
Email apps@beyondthecode.app. Include your Track version from Settings, iPhone model, iOS version and the steps that led to the issue. A screenshot can help; remove private exercise names or health details first. Track supports iPhone with iOS 18 or later.
